From the clean waters of the northern Atlantic Ocean, we now also offer Norwegian whitefish (deepsea-cod) for the demanding sushi market. These deep, clean and cold waters give the fish a divine taste. The cod is caught in the northern part of the Atlantic Ocean (the Norwegian Sea) by Norwegian trawlers. We use special fishing methods in this area, and the cod is frozen on board just a few hours after caught in order to ensure that raw materials are of very best quality. At the next stage of the process, the raw materials are processed at a factory with extensive experience of producing sushi toppings. The result is a Norwegian cod sushi topping of exquisite quality. The raw materials are MSC-approved and there is full traceability from catch to plate.
